Rosemary is a global leader and strategist in social innovation and investment.  As Executive Director of Impact Strategist brings visionary fresh thinking and new models to complex issues, creating lasting impact and value for leading corporates, governments, foundations and strategists globally.  Rosemary established and Chairs the Australian Advisory Board on Impact Investing and Impact Investing Australia.  In 2015 she was recognised for her contributions to innovation as one of the AFR/Westpac 100 Women of Influence.

Rosemary represents Australia on the Global Social Impact Investment Steering Group (previously the G8 Social Impact Investment Taskforce), is a member of the OECD Expert Group on Impact Investment, Bridges Impact + Global Advisory Council. From 2010-2017 she was a member of the NSW Government Social Investment Expert Advisory Group.

Rosemary holds a Law Degree with First Class Honours, the New York Bar, is an internationally accredited broker of cross sector partnerships and an experienced Director.  Prior to launching Impact Strategist, she was a partner of law firm Allens-Linklaters and recognised as one of the world’s leading lawyers (Chambers Global), established her first business offering shared value advisory in 2003; Rosemary held senior executive roles with the Smith Family and the Victorian Premier’s Department and established and led the Australian Government’s first social innovation unit. Rosemary is published widely on social innovation and impact investment.
