Craig is responsible for Westpac’s global structured finance and securitisation business principally domiciled in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Westpac’s structured finance activities focus on developing bespoke structured financing solutions across a wide range of clients, industries and asset classes in particular, residential mortgages, auto loans, small commercial finance and trade receivable portfolios. The team is also responsible for Waratah Receivables Corporation/Sydney Capital Corporation (Australia’s largest securitisation conduit). Westpac consistently leads RMBS and ABS league tables for Australia and New Zealand.
Craig has circa 32 years’ experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking and previously led Client Relationship Management and Corporate Finance teams in Australia and Hong Kong. He holds a BA (Economics), B.Ec (Accounting & Finance) and an MBA from Macquarie University, Sydney. He is also a CPA and MAICD.
External to Westpac, Craig is on the Investment Committee of the Cancer Council NSW, the Management Committee for the Benevolent Society Social Benefit Bond and is a Director and Responsible Manager of a Private Charitable Foundation.
