Working for the last 25 years in the community services arena with both government and non-government agencies has led Eva to believe that collaboration across sectors is the best way forward to achieve better social outcomes in communities. As Western Sydney Community Forum’s Strategic Development Manager, she has led a number of collaborative initiatives including the Western Sydney Collective, bringing business, community and government together to create social impact, and a shared value initiative engaging private real estate agents with human service providers to prevent homelessness.

Starting her working life as a community development worker with migrants and refugees, she has undertaken many roles including social research, policy development, campaigns and advocacy. Passionate about driving results through collaboration, partnerships and relationships, her strengths lies in the ability to think creatively “outside of the box” in order to get things done, develop solutions and deliver outcomes.
