Her work has focused on equity and social justice across many sectors including youth, education, health and housing. She understands the need to demonstrate social impact to a wide range of funders including Federal and State Government, corporates and philanthropics.  Min is committed to organisations being able to more easily demonstrate the value of their work to their investors in a way that is universally understood. She is excited about the development of the Australian Social Value Bank and the potential to offer a standard in social impact measurement.
